the fourth dimension

hello, i'm back again. first day of a new semester today and i feel excited and nervous at the same time.

learning a lot of cool stuff this sem and i am not sure if i can keep up to the pace. i'm interested in the modules taught but being interested and really knowing the module are 2 totally different issues. i really hope i can understand what is taught and make sure i will be able to really beef up my GPA. the class still elected me as a class rep again. oh well, i guess it can't be helped. the biggest worry for this sem is my grades. i hope this sem on, i will pick up my GPA.

well, recently a friend of mine introduced to me a book titled, 'the fourth dimension' by Doctor David Yonggi Cho. after reading the first chapter, man, i was blown away by what it touches on. i went a bit gaga but it really drew me to read even more.

the book is about how our dimension (the 3rd dimension) is actually being controlled by another dimension called the fourth dimension. in this dimension, everything is spiritual. it also touches on the fact that our sub-consciousness is like our spirit and it is based on 'what you think is what you are'. after pondering over what it said, i just feel that, there's no denying of what it says.

just think of a boy that just committed a violent murder, his defence lawyer may say he is suffering from a mental illness and after a psychiatrist diagnosis, the boy is confirmed to be mentally unstable.

how it happened? simple. the boy plays violent games and watches violent films. then, he indulges himself in thoughts of the violence and gore he plays and see. then finally, he commits the murder. sounded like an easy explanation.

the main point here is his sub consciousness. as he thinks of those thoughts, his sub-conscious starts to give him a vision and somehow created a scenario where he did already killed someone (this happened before he did killed the victim). then, when the day came, he killed the victim.

ok, my explanation may not e clear but its something like this. i really got blown away by it. this book although is Christian mterial, i somehow feel that it can be used to explain psychological issues. just nice, i'm taking psychology and counselling this semester. :)

well, i will end here. see you guys soon!
