end of another race

well i am back again for a long time. i almost forgot i got a blog. haha!! well, here i am.

first off, i finally went for my baptism! hurray! after 3 years, i finally went down the water. i am so happy about it and i really hope that things will start to get even exciting from that moment on. (which already did!) i believe more things will be coming! yeah! if possible, i will try to get photos up here. good thing there's friendster. now friendster allows linking of pictures. i think it will make my blog more colourful! haha.

well, another update, went back to swiss to celebrate teacher's day. not many people i know went back. i guess everyone's busy in either attachments or with school work ba. i really hope that i can see peple from my class again. haha!! 5N3 2005. i miss them.

of course, there's the COMEX fair at suntec. when there on the last day to buy stuff. bought a 4 GB memory stick for my psp. also, an additional thing that i got is an external hard disk. since my previous hard disk crashed, i have been having problems to find storage space for data. the hard disk is a steal man! 250GB for $99 only! that is cheap!

well, i also have thought of some new resolutions for myself. firstly, i will learn how to spend my money more wisely. thinking back on how i spent my money, i just feel that sometimes, the money actually need not to be spent at all. just felt that i have been unwise in handling my money. i really have to learn to differentiate what is a need and a want in order to save money.

secondly, i just feel that there are many things i need to be more faithful in doing. if i set out to do something, ya, its good that i am doing something. BUT the issue is that i must ontinue on hat i set out to do. there are many things i set out to do, i did not really continue with it. like what the saying goes:

"its not the beginning that matters, its how you finish it"

is it not true? just like in a race, people do reward the fastest starter but the fastest person who finished the race first. well, i want to be a good finisher!

thirdly, a big 'D' word. DISCIPLINE. yep, this is one thing i want to accomplish everyday as long as i breathe. being disciplined is a hard task. still, if i do not instil discipline in myself, i think no one will be able to do that to me. they can tell me about it but its up to me to act on it. right?

well, i guess resolutions are needed to make one grow. i guess no one likes to stay they are ba. just think a 4 year old child acting cute. ya, its cute. then what about a 40 year old adult acting cute... erm... haha. well, i'll end here. bye! see you all again!
