iCare, uCare, weCare
hello guys, back again after the week. well, it has been tiring and still it was fun. haha... i hate the haze... oh, i did some relinking to some of the links i have
well, lessons as per normal but, somehow, i feel that i can't catch up... this feels bad. i better do some revision and recalling on what was taught in class. if i really can't remember... ouch... i don't want any forwarded modules! also, i want better grades than last semester!!!
well, my life as a guitarist is going to take another great leap again soon. currently being taught by my cell leader for the time being. also, i somehow already have a student already. ok... i see responsibilities starting to pop up for me. so, i won't be irresponsible. and will teach my 'student' as much as possible.
just yesterday, i went to SIM to listen to a talk by one ofthe lecturers there. the talk was about phishing attacks. at first, the talk was ok then after that... bamm!! i started to feel sleepy. the talk was dry to be honest. haha... but, the chicken drumlets they serve is delicious! everyone was eating one after another!!! haha... even when we said it will be the last piece, we still continued to eat! this is how delicious it was. then after the talk, i went to old airport road to serve ministry.
for ministry, it was ok, brought the elderlies to chinese garden for the mid-autumn lantern festival event. the lanterns were not as nice as what the TV said. last year's was even better. was it because of the IMF? go figure, at least we get to see the elderlies smile and enjoy themselves. i even got to see a female mask changer perform! wow, it really is rare to see them. as the art of mask-changing is not released to the public, the art is passed down from a generation to the next. really impressive skills. she just change masks in a fast swish. then sent the elderly home and went home. reached home at about 11pm.
then today is one fun day! got news that the ministry is changing name to 'iCare' as of next year. haha... it still is a good name anyway. then went out with Benjamin to Plaza Singapura to eat. then, when we were looking at some blazers at flesh imp, then i found one that suits me and i wanted to pass it to ben to put it back but he instead took it to the counter and paid for it. i went wow... dumbfounded... suddenly received a blazer as a gift. but anyway, Ben really thank you!!! we went subway to see Zhen Hui just to say hi. then went to meet Carolyn. then we had sausages at a stall at B1. the sausages are delicious. enjoyed the food. then head to suntec to eat a bit. sat down and Carolyn (my student, haha) practiced guitar, there's improvement! improve again and you will be ready for any songs! =)
then after that, we head to marina square and went to in.base to buy a jacket for a cell group member. haha... Ben is sure generous in giving. then we went our seperate ways.
haha... ok la, i am stopping here, see you all again.
